Ah thank you very much! I do love it. I bought the shirt from Topshop in about November/December 2012.
You could always keep an eye out on sites such as ASOS Marketplace to see if anyone is selling that particular shirt.
However I’m sure it would be easy to find a similar shirt. It’s white/cream with a pattern sown in around the chest area.
